I like my Bung GBX flash carts better, because they are 64Mb without having to flip between pages by powering the Gameboy on/off really quickly. However, the GBX carts require a parallel port and soldering in order to replace the battery used to keep saves. There is a way to force Windows 8 to run un-signed drivers, but with the smart card's drivers it causes Windows 8 to blue-screen all over the place and restart. So I currently use windows 7 on my old Lappy to move roms to the card.
