You can try NFC Tools or the MiFare Classic Tool to emulate cards from your phone, but in my experience it's too limited. Copying NFC tags in general is possible, although I'm not sure if you can make your phone act like the tag (rather than writing it to a custom tag). However, keep in mind that NFC can be secured. Copying an ID card should not be possible, same with things like bank and public transport cards.
